Refund Policy

We want DailyMBA to be the daily practice you actually use. If it's not, here's how refunds work — clearly, no traps.
The 14-day money-back guarantee
You can request a full refund of your initial subscription purchase within 14 days of the charge — no questions asked, no forms to fill out, no exit interview.
How to request
Either:
- Email admissions@dailymba.education from the email address on your account; or
- Click "Cancel & refund" in your account settings.
How long it takes
We process refund requests within 2 business days. Once processed, your bank typically returns the funds within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
What's refundable
Annual ($365/year)
Full refund of the $365 charged at signup, within 14 days of the initial purchase or each annual renewal. After 14 days, the annual fee is non-refundable; you can cancel to stop the next renewal.
Monthly ($35/month)
Full refund of your first month's $35, within 14 days. Subsequent monthly charges are non-refundable; you can cancel any time before the next billing date to stop further charges.
After 14 days
Subscription fees are non-refundable outside the 14-day window, except where mandatory consumer-protection law (e.g. the Australian Consumer Law, EU/UK consumer law, US state consumer law) requires otherwise.
You can cancel any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future charges but doesn't refund fees already paid. You keep access until the end of your paid period.
What's not refundable
- Renewals you didn't cancel in time (set yourself a reminder before renewal);
- Partial periods after a cancellation;
- Refunds requested more than 14 days after the relevant charge;
- Gift subscriptions purchased on someone else's behalf, where the recipient has already accessed the Service.
Exceptions and discretionary refunds
We may issue refunds outside the standard policy at our discretion — for example:
- A technical issue that materially prevented you from using the Service for an extended period;
- Billing errors on our side (these we always fix);
- Compassionate cases — death, serious illness, or other significant hardship.
If you think you have a case, email us. We're reasonable.
Chargebacks
Before disputing a charge with your bank, please contact us. A chargeback we could have handled directly costs us bank fees that ultimately come out of the same pot that funds the Service, so we always prefer to resolve it together.
If you raise a chargeback in bad faith — for example, after using the Service heavily and downloading templates — we may suspend your account and dispute the chargeback with evidence.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-excludable consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or any other consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction. Under the ACL, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement if the Service has a major failure that cannot be remedied.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. For consumers protected by mandatory local laws (e.g. EU, UK, US state consumer protection), nothing in this document limits rights you have under those laws.
